Garlic and Parmesan Crusted Chicken

I now make this once a week. For almost a year, I’ve been slowly dying on a low-carb diet, but with this meal, I don’t mind skipping the pasta or rice and just eating the chicken! In the video, they put the oven at 350 degrees, but I like to put mine at 400 because I like to really crisp up my breadcrumbs. They also chop their own garlic, but this momma doesn’t have time for that!! I buy pre-chopped garlic in olive oil and then just spoon out what I need 😉 For those who aren’t killing themselves on a low-carb diet, this goes great with mashed potatoes or pasta or just on a plate
