My Favorite Recipes Ana’s 5 Can Taco Chili March 28, 2016April 9, 2016 Adventures of a Labor Nurse 3082 Views 0 Comment food, foodie, soup, yum My coworker Ana made this, and I couldn’t get enough. I named it taco chili because that’s what it tastes like, a taco without the shell. I love this soup! Ingredients: 1 packet of taco seasoning 1 pack of dry Ranch seasoning 1 can of black beans, undrained 1 can of kidney beans, undrained 1 can of pinto beans, undrained 1 can of corn, drained or undrained (she drains it, but I don’t think she knows why, and I didn’t, because I’m lazy. It all tasted the same) 1 can of Rotel, any way you like it (mild, medium, or hot) 1lb of ground beef Directions: Throw everything in a slow cooker and put on high. Seriously, those are the directions. Cook on high for 2 hours, or on low for 4 hours. – If you use fatty ground beef, you might have to drain it off a little before putting in all the cans. Yup, it’s that easy 😉 And it tastes just like a taco!! Garnish with cheese, sour cream, or avocado…whatever you have around the house 😃 The Pioneer Woman makes a version called 7 Canned Chili, where she adds 2 more cans of something AND a block of Velveeta. I’m dying to try that one 😃 Until my next delivery ❤Be a part of a delivery and share with friends:PrintTumblrFacebookTwitterLinkedInPinterestRedditLike this:Like Loading... Related
